WHAT DO I DO IF MY PRODUCT ARRIVES DAMAGED?
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please take a picture of any damages so it will be easier for us to take action and either give you a refund or replace your items.
WHAT DO I DO IF I HAVE PUT THE WRONG ADDRESS?
When placing your order, please double check the delivery information is correct as once your order has been posted we are unable to make any changes or offer a refund.
Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number as soon as possible if you have put the wrong address as orders are posted the next day after receiving them.
REQUESTING A REFUND
Of course. If you aren't happy with the product or if it's arrived damaged and you want your money back send us an email at email@example.com to notify us about your concerns. Once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
We will refund you the total cost of your order without including shipping costs.
It will take approximately 5-7 business days for the item amount to return back into your account. The refund will be made with the same payment information used in the original purchase.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
Please email our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org with any requests to amend your order. However, if your order has been packaged and shipped you cannot cancel your order.
