When placing your order, please double check the delivery information is correct as once your order has been posted we are unable to make any changes or offer a refund.

My order arrived damaged. How do I get in touch?
We understand that accidents happen. If your item arrives damaged please email a photograph of your item to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject 'Returns' as well as your order confirmation number. We will then either send you a replacement item or issue a refund.
How are your products made?
All products are made is the UK and we aim to use eco-friendly and recyclable packaging to support the environment.

Do you offer NHS discount?
Everything currently in the Young Black Psych shop is on a reduced promotional offer however, we will have a promotional code in 2021 for NHS staff.
