  • Can I cancel or change my order?
    Please contact us at All purchases are final at the point of sale. Please allow up to thirty days for disputes.
  • My order arrived damaged. How do I get in touch?
    We understand that accidents happen. If your item arrives damaged please email a photograph of your item to with the subject 'Returns' as well as your order confirmation number. We will then either send you a replacement item or issue a refund.
  • How are your products made?
    All products are made is the UK and we aim to use eco-friendly and recyclable packaging to support the environment.
  • What are my delivery options?
    All of our orders are shipped via Royal Mail. UK First Class Tracked Shipping (1-3 Business Days): £3.50 - £10 determined by weight International Tracked Shipping: £15.00 (Flat Rate)
  • I have put the wrong address, what are my options?"
    When placing your order, please double check the delivery information is correct as once your order has been posted we are unable to make any changes or offer a refund. Please contact with your order number as soon as possible if you have put the wrong address as orders are posted the next day after receiving them.

    Everything currently in the Young Black Psych shop is on a reduced promotional offer however, we will have a promotional code in 2021 for NHS staff.
